“Apartment in super Lage” Sehr nettes, sauberes Apartment in sehr guter Lage! Die Bahnstation ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und man erreicht Pompeji mit der Bahn in 15 Minuten. Man landet dort direkt vor der Tür. Besser geht es nicht. Wir haben unseren Mietwagen in der Garage gelassen. Auch nach Neapel haben wir die Bahn genommen. Wir waren froh in Castellammare gewohnt zu haben. Es ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt, wenn man Pompeji, den Vesuv und die Amalfiküste besuchen möchte. Antonio war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich für uns zu gestalten. Gerne wieder! Die Dachterasse ist sehr schön und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge.
“Aufenthalt mit 2 Kleinkindern” Wir, 2 Familien mit je einem Kleinkind (2 Jahre), waren 10 Tage zu Gast bei Antonello und seiner Mutter. Wir hatten jeweils ein Appartement und die gesamt Dachterrasse zu unserer Verfügung. Die Anreise erfolgte mit der Circumvesuviana - Bahn von Neapel aus (Fahrzeit ca. 50 min., Fahrpreis / Person € 1,80). Die Appartements liegen etwa 5 Minuten Gehzeit von der Haltestelle entfernt im 4. Stock eines älteren Gebäudes. Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht von der Straße aus angeschrieben, so haben wir uns telefonisch angekündigt. Die Appartements sind gut ausgestattet mit separatem Bad (mit WC), Küche, Schlafzimmer, schnelles W-Lan. Es gibt allerdings in keinen der beiden Wohnungen ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer - Kinder niederlegen und sich dann weiter drinnen aufhalten ist also schwierig. Wir haben uns dadurch - auch wegen des fantastischen Wetters - bis spät in die Nacht auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. Dort stehen 2 Liegen und eine Hollywoodschaukel zwischen Zitronenbäumchen, Rosenspalieren und Blumentöpfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal um mit der Circumvesuviana alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Neapel, Pompeij, Herculaneum, Sorrent (unsere Lieblingsstadt, Ausgangspunkt für eine Schifffahrt nach Capri oder Busfahrt entlang der Amalfiküste bis Amalfi). Unser Gastgeber Antonello ist übrigens hauptberuflich Hotelmanager in Sorrent, er versteht also etwas von dem Geschäft und war stehts bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Stadt selbst ist kein Höhepunkt, der Strand ist ... vernachlässigbar und geöffnete Restaurants zu finden war auch eine Aufgabe - allerdings fiel unsere Reisezeit auch in die Nebensaison. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - auch zu empfehlen für Reisende mit Kindern!
“Superb hospitality and felt like home!” Antonello is very helpful and gives the right guidance to get around to places. His mother is a very lovely lady and made us feel at home during our stay. By staying here, we got a chance to see some local Italian life. The town was always buzzing with people and kids around running in the park near the ocean, eating pizzas and chips! We really enjoyed our stay in this town. It is also easy to get to Capri as you can get boat from this location and also direct trains to Sorrento. We would love to come back to this place again and would recommend it too!
“Italienische Gestfreundschaft & zentrale Lage” Wir habenn 10 Tage im Tetto fiorito gewohnt, wir haben Familie vor Ort und kennen die Stadt und die Umgebung sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man aufgrund der zentralen Lage sehr gut erreichen. Antonello und seine Mutter sind herzlich und immer für ihre Gäste da. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
"Pulizia e cortesia" Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per due notti, come punto di partenza per visiate Pompei. La struttura è appena stata rinfrescata e tutto è estremamente pulito e funzionale, basta poi chiedere al disponibile Antonello per eventuali esigenze particolari. La struttura si trova inoltre al centro di Castellammare e consente quindi di trovare nelle vicinanze tutto quello che occorre; si trova inoltre a pochi passi dalla fermata della Circunvesuviana e consente quindi rapidi e comodi spostamenti nelle zone adiacenti. Vicinissimo anche un parcheggio custodito in cui lasciare l'auto. Gli aspetti da tenere presenti sono la logistica (quarto piano senza ascensore) e la colazione non gestita a buffet e senza servizio, ma sono aspetti dichiarati in modo molto esplicito e che se non sono di interesse non creano particolari problemi. Il palazzo dove si trova (nei primi piani) offre un'aspetto caratteristico che può spiazzare, ma i piani successivi ed in particolare quello della struttura sono tutti rinnovati ed accoglienti.
"Eccellente" Ho passato qualche giorno in questo B&B e devo dire mi sono trovato benissimo...camera molto spaziosa dotata di tutto il necessario. Posizione favolosa,tutto vicino...lungomare,corso e tante buone pasticcerie dove fare colazione...consigliato!!!
“Great place in all respects” Irina & Yury. Russia. We were in Tetto Fiorito in june 2015. Disposition of this apartments is very good for excursions, because the small town Castellammare di Stabia is between Napoli, Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi, Capri and Ischia. Its close to the railway station, not far from the port. + Authentic, quite place Kitchan is fully equipped - In despite of you can see the sea from the window, you cannot swim there, the nearest beach is above 3 km from apartment. Owners don't like when you are cooking, especially fish We can recommend this apartment like intermediate place to live when you are going to excursions.
“Perfect Place To Get The Authentic Italian Town Taste” Where do I begin? We did have trouble finding it, but after a phone call our host arranged for his sister to meet us and escorted right in. The apartments had everything we needed. When they found out one in our group was gluten free, they had breakfast items ready to meet her needs. The beds were comfortable, the a/c worked, the view was amazing. There isn't a lift but we managed. The place is centrally located. We spent our days out doing the tourist things but the evenings were spent walking around the town, enjoying the food, people watching, the sights, the sounds. I can't say enough. We drove which is quite challenging considering the way they drive but we did ok, until our final day, on our way out of town. The only wreck we saw was the one we were in. But even with that no complaints. A tow truck, a taxi, a new rental (thanks to fully insured) and within 2 hours we were back on the road. Antonello was there when we left and helped us with our luggage. If we ever get back to that part of Italy, that's where I'd stay.
Einen traumhaften Hort der Ruhe inmitten des hektischen Örtchens bieten diese wunderschönen Appartments. Wir waren begeistern insbesondere von der Gastfreundschaft die uns durch Antonello und seine Mutter zu Teil wurden. Die Terrasse ein Traum inmitten des traumhaften Altbau-Innenhofs.
"We felt at home" Almost perfect location: between Naples/Pompei and Sorrento along the coast, only few steps from the suburban train station. The apartment (green room) is located in the center of this small town but was quiet and comfortable. Our host (and his mother) was extremely attentive and friendly, accompanied us and helped in parking and finding shops, asked our breakfast wishes. Later we felt if we were local people as we went out for something.
“Un petit coin de Bonheur....en Italie” Soucieux de notre bien-être, Antonello a été à nos petits soins durant tout notre séjour. Son appartement sous les toits est non seulement très bien situé géographiquement pour visiter les magnifiques villes et villages de cette région, mais nous offre également une jolie vue sur les montagnes grâce à sa grande terrasse panoramique où se mélangent les parfums de menthe et de basilic. C'est un petit nid douillet joliment décoré dans lequel nous aurions envie de revenir. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci.
"Tetto Fiorito is our idea of 5 star hospitality and comfort!” Antonello and his family were the most welcoming hosts we could have wished for! Not only did they greet us with open arms upon our late arrival, but when they found that we had not eaten in some time, they fixed us an amazing pasta lunch. Tetto Fiorito was a sweet, clean, comfortable flat with everything we needed after a few long days of sightseeing. We cooked for ourselves and many little snacks were unexpectedly provided and were very welcome. The beds were comfortable with great pillows and it was so quiet, we didn't always get as early a start as we should have! All this made our tourist activities much more pleasant and manageable, which included Pompeii (15 mins on train), Herculaneum (25 mins) and climbing Mt. Vesuvius. Located only a couple of minutes walk from the Circumvesuviana Train Station, the flat was very convenient for visiting all the attractions along the coast. Castellemmare di Stabia itself is a lovely place with a very safe feel. We came and went at all hours and never felt uncomfortable wandering around the town. As a matter of fact, when we wandered out on our first evening (a Sunday night), it seemed the whole town was out on the seafront - families and kids of all ages, just gathering and being social. It was a great experience. We can't recommend Tetto Fiorito highly enough! It was an entirely pleasant stay, and Antonello went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay perfect. He made sure to ask what we needed and happily provided anything we required. And, even though the flat is on the top floor, the stairs were easily done (we are in our 50's).
“Perfect host in an authentic town” Lovely little apartment (green room). The town is not touristy at all. This can provide some challenges but it is central and easy to explore Pompeii, Herculeum in one direction and Sorrento in the other. Antonello makes a massive effort to make sure you enjoy his town and his enthusiasm for it rubs off. The apartment is as described on the various websites you will find it on.
